IRS FAQs

All Lifestyle Investment Clients must provide all documents, police clearance, bank statements, and a signed agreement to use the services of Staub Marketing Pty Ltd to facilitate their next Lifestyle Investment Property.

To secure the villa, the developer will ask for a USD 70,000 deposit (Registration Fee).

Our fee to manage and assist with the business process is 10% of the total purchase price. 5% prior to arrival in Mauritius and 5% at delivery of the villa. By choosing SANTOSHA GUIDES you are guaranteed to have a consultant with you and be accompanied to the sites and to other legal offices around town. We organise it all for you while you enjoy your holiday and visit with us. Visa and Permanent residency resulting from the purchase will be organised after the completion of the purchase and delivery of the Villa. A waiting list of 6-12 months is normal with such large investment.

Only Santosha's Lifestyle Investment Clients will have a private airport pickup (free) and accommodation (extra cost) arrangements organised prior to landing in Mauritius.
