We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance in your own country prior to visiting us. You are entering in a service and holiday solutions contract with us and have selected us via your own will.

All Lifestyle Investment Clients must provide all documents, police clearance, bank statements, and a signed agreement to use the services of Staub Marketing Pty Ltd to facilitate their next Lifestyle Investment Property.
To secure the villa, the developer will ask for a USD 70,000 deposit (Registration Fee).
Our fee to manage and assist with the business process is 10% of the total purchase price. 5% prior to arrival in Mauritius and 5% at delivery of the villa. By choosing SANTOSHA GUIDES you are guaranteed to have a consultant with you and be accompanied to the sites and to other legal offices around town. We organise it all for you while you enjoy your holiday and visit with us. Visa and Permanent residency resulting from the purchase will be organised after the completion of the purchase and delivery of the Villa. A waiting list of 6-12 months is normal with such large investment.
Only Santosha's Lifestyle Investment Clients will have a private airport pickup (free) and accommodation (extra cost) arrangements organised prior to landing in Mauritius.

As soon as you lodge a confirmation of interest, we start the planning the following activities:
- Airport Transfer, Accommodation, Meeting and Excursions to and from the IRS, Site Familiarising, Introduction to the local Church, Priest, Vet, Police, Doctor, Preparation of all Legal Documentations and Business Meetings with the Developers.
- A private driver and vehicle choice during your stay is available (extra cost). In the case of a non-agreement, the initial 5% fee will be lost for our business consultation fees and administration cost. In the case you select our personal driver, vehicle and accommodation, this extra service will be charged in advance.
